Location & About us Located in the heart of the Trossachs within Scotland’s first National Park and only 50 minutes drive from Glasgow airport – or 1 ½ hours from Edinburgh airport - Ledard Farm is based at the shores of the beautiful and historic Loch Ard, four miles west of Aberfoyle. The farm dates back to 1474, where it was mentioned in the minutes of the Privy Council of the Kings of Scotland.It also served as an annual gathering place for Clan Gregor for over 500 years. map
The Farm also serves as our base for corporate hospitality events with a 300 acre site that facilitates Clay pigeon shooting, quad biking, an indoor archery range, 'MacGregors Barn',(our 17th Century dining hall), open areas for marquee setup and demonstration purposes, e.g, Highland Games and sheep dog trials. All areas of the site have panoramic views looking onto Ben Lomond and surrounding mountains as well as Loch Ard and the Queen Elizabeth Forest Park.
